Customer engagement: Understand Customer's design requirements, and provide expert advice on products, finishes, and customization options.
Sales and lead generation: Generate leads, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Sales process management: Present product information, create quotations, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Product and market knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and company offerings.
Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records, process sales transactions, and follow up with customers.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the furniture, modular furniture, interiors, or luxury retail sectors.
Should have Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation and a results-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with interior design principles and products is a plus.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is often preferred.
