We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Executive to manage walk-in clients, present sintered slab products, and support sales activities. The role involves guiding architects, interior designers, contractors, and end customers in selecting suitable slabs while ensuring a premium showroom experience.
Welcome and attend walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
Explain product features, specifications, applications, finishes, sizes, and technical benefits of sintered slabs.
Showcase slabs, sample boards, catalogs, and mock-ups effectively.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing, and availability.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and production teams for order processing and delivery timelines.
Maintain showroom display standards, cleanliness, and product arrangement.
Manage customer data, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP systems.
Handle customer complaints or queries and ensure timely resolution.
Support promotional activities, product launches, and showroom events.
Maintain records of walk-ins, leads, conversions, and daily reports.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good product knowledge of tiles, sintered slabs, quartz, granite, or marble (preferred).
Customer-centric approach with sales orientation.
Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams.
Professional appearance and behavior.
Graduated in any discipline.
Experience handling architects and designers will be an added advantage.
