We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Showroom Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers in their purchase decisions, and ensuring a welcoming showroom environment that showcases our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing personalized service to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our furniture offerings, design styles, and product functionalities to effectively communicate with clients.

• Sales Support: Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and closing sales efficiently.

• Inventory Management: Assist in managing showroom inventory, ensuring displays are replenished and organized, and products are well-presented.

• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times to enhance the customer experience.

• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.

• Experience: Previous experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in furniture or home décor, is preferred.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sales aptitude with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work in a team and independently.

  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales tracking.
