Interior Showroom Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed interior projects.

• Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable design solutions.

• Handle client meetings, site visits, quotations, and negotiations independently.

• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and expand a strong client base through networking and referrals.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

• Proven experience in interior sales / residential project sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to independently close sales deals.

• Knowledge of interior design concepts and materials (modular kitchen, wardrobes, flooring, etc.).

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory).

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
