We Cubicinch Construction and Interiors Pvt. Ltd. are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development professional to grow our modular furniture and interior solutions business across B2B and B2C segments. The role focuses on generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and driving revenue for factory-made modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and turnkey interior solutions.
Manage walk-in, online, and referral leads for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and custom modular furniture.
Understand customer requirements related to design, space planning, materials, finishes, and budget.
Coordinate with design and production teams to prepare layouts, BOQs, and quotations.
Present modular furniture designs, samples, catalogs, and 3D concepts to clients.
Conduct site measurements and customer meetings.
Close residential modular furniture projects and achieve assigned sales targets.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to production and installation teams.
Develop business opportunities with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, corporates, retailers, and dealers.
Pitch modular furniture solutions for offices, retail stores, hospitality projects, and bulk residential developments.
Build long-term relationships with channel partners and key accounts.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms for large-volume orders.
Track B2B pipeline, repeat orders, and key account performance.
Support lead generation through digital marketing, showroom promotions, exhibitions, and channel partnerships.
Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and office furniture.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and product innovations in modular furniture.
Represent the company at exhibitions, dealer meets, and industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in modular furniture sales, interior fit-out sales, or building materials.
Strong understanding of factory-made modular systems, hardware, materials, finishes, and installation processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with strong closing abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.
Willingness to travel for site visits, factory visits, and client meetings.
