Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction & building materials sector.

• Meet clients (builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, etc.) to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through field visits and client interactions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales (construction / building materials / interiors preferred).

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
