Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a In-House Sales Executive to join our team at DIFA Keelkattalai to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

·         Sales & Customer Handling

·         Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements

·         Recommend suitable products based on preferences, and budget

·         Demonstrate product usage when required (tester application where allowed)

·         Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

·         Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and promotions

·         Explain product usage clearly to customers

·         Ensure proper product display and shelf arrangement

·         Monitor stock levels and inform management about low stock

·         Customer Service, Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely

·         Build repeat customers through good service and follow-up

·         Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the store

·         Store Discipline

·         Follow shop policies, timings, and grooming standards

·         Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (preferred)

Experience in cosmetic / retail sales is an added advantage

Good communication skills (Tamil + basic English preferred)

Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude

Interest in beauty, skincare, and cosmetics

Working Hours: 10am – 9.30pm (including weekends and Week off on rotation basis)

Salary & Benefits: 13000 to 15000/ month + performance incentives
