  • Assist customers in finding products and answering basic questions

  • Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly arranged

  • Check product labels, prices, and expiry dates

  • Maintain cleanliness and order on the sales floor

  • Refill shelves and report low or out-of-stock items

  • Help with inventory counting when required

  • Follow store policies, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Coordinate with supervisors and other staff as needed
