Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused TV Sales Promoter to represent our brand at retail outlets and drive TV sales. You will play a key role in engaging customers, demonstrating product features, and closing sales on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and approach walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable TV models

• Demonstrate TV features (Smart TV, display quality, connectivity, apps, etc.)

• Explain pricing, offers, EMI options, and warranty information

• Achieve monthly sales targets and support in-store promotional campaigns

• Maintain brand display, cleanliness, and POS materials at the counter

• Provide after-sales support and ensure a smooth customer experience

• Share daily footfall, demo, and sales reports with team leader or brand manager

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

• 0–2 years of experience in TV or electronics sales (freshers with good communication may apply)

• Good product knowledge and passion for gadgets/technology

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and in retail hours

• Basic understanding of MS Excel or reporting apps (preferred)

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
