Head Salesperson
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide two junior sales staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales process, from client walk-ins to order completion.
• Handle customization of orders as per client requirements.
• Oversee stock management and ensure timely updates on inventory levels.
• Take and process client orders accurately and maintain records.
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure timely order completion and delivery.
• Maintain excellent client relations and provide personalized customer service.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining an appealing store display.
• Report sales performance and updates to the management regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail or sales (ethnic wear or couture preferred).
