Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Guest Relation Executive to be the face of our Game Zone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them through games and attractions, handling queries, and ensuring a smooth and fun experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests at the entrance and help them with registrations or bookings

• Provide detailed information about available games, packages, and rules

• Coordinate guest flow and manage queues during peak hours

• Handle guest queries, complaints, or feedback politely and efficiently

• Assist children and families with games and attractions

• Promote ongoing offers, events, and memberships

• Maintain a cheerful and active atmosphere throughout the game zone

• Coordinate with technical and floor staff for smooth guest experiences

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in guest areas

• Update guest records, feedback, and reports as required

Requirements:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service, entertainment, or hospitality

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language

• Passion for gaming and working with kids & families

• Well-groomed, friendly, and approachable personality

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems (preferred)
