Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business growth. Candidates with prior experience in the jewellery industry or retail showroom management will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall showroom and business operations.

• Supervise staff performance, attendance, and productivity.

• Ensure excellent customer service and high sales standards.

• Monitor sales targets, revenue, and profitability.

• Handle vendor coordination, purchasing, and inventory management.

• Maintain accurate records of stock, billing, and accounts.

• Implement company policies and operational procedures.

• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

• Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing activities.

• Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/showroom management.

• Jewellery industry experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, English, and Tamil.

• Good knowledge of sales, inventory, and customer handling.

• Ability to analyze reports and improve business performance.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
