JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE
Position: Sales Executive / Garment Store Sales Person
Industry: Garments / Fashion Retail
Location: MALL ROAD
Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales preferred
Salary: ₹12000-15000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00AM-09:00PM
Weekly Off: 4
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist customers in the store and understand their requirements.
- Suggest suitable garments based on customers’ preferences, size, budget, and occasion.
- Demonstrate product features, fabrics, sizes, colours, and styling options.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of garments in the store.
- Ensure the store and sales area are neat, clean, and well-organised.
- Assist with stock checking, tagging, folding, and replenishment of merchandise.
- Handle billing and basic POS operations, if required.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in garment/fashion retail will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of sizes, fabrics, and garment categories is preferred.
