Role : Admin and client Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 years in admin, front office, operations, or coordination roles (boutique, tailoring house, hotel, or salon preferred).
Education: HSC / Graduate (any stream).
Role Overview
We’re looking for a smart, well-organized Admin & Client Coordinator to ensure smooth communication between clients, production, and management.
You’ll handle client coordination, billing, admin work, and help deliver a seamless experience for every ARDAS client.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination
Schedule client trials, fittings, and deliveries.
Communicate politely and professionally via WhatsApp or calls.
Send reminders for pending fittings or payments.
Update clients on order progress and delivery timelines.
Manage basic in-store hospitality during client visits.
Order Management & Admin
Maintain digital order tracker (Excel/Google Sheets).
Record advances/balances and generate invoices or receipts.
Coordinate with the accountant for GST and billing.
Organize packaging materials, labels, and fabric swatches.
Manage courier dispatches and follow-ups.
Bridge communication between the Designer and Production Head.
Track each garment’s progress in production.
Maintain weekly production sheets and status updates.
Store & Office Support
Oversee store cleanliness and supplies.
Record vendor payments and purchase bills.
Assist during shoots, events, or store activities when required.
