Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Salesman for our garments division. The candidate will be responsible for selling clothing items directly to customers in residential and commercial areas. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit homes, offices, and shops to promote and sell garments

• Present clothing samples, explain features, and take customer orders

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress

• Collect payments and manage cash or digital transactions as per company policy

• Gather customer feedback and market insights

• Maintain records of visits, orders, and payments

• Coordinate with the back office for order fulfillment and delivery

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Energetic and self-motivated with a passion for fieldwork

• Basic knowledge of garments/fabrics and sizing

• Minimum education: 12th pass or above

Preferred Qualifications:

Higher Secondary/Bachelor's Degree
