InMonarch is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, provide accurate product information, manage transactions efficiently, and actively contribute to achieving store sales targets.

The Retail Salesman will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation standards, managing inventory-related tasks, and supporting overall sales operations. The role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and purchase decisions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, racks, and display areas.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

• Share customer feedback and sales insights with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new product arrivals, inventory updates, and company policies.

• Work towards achieving individual and store-level sales targets.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
