Key Responsibilities
Visit 15–20 Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) daily as per the assigned beat plan
Present product samples and clearly explain product features, pricing, and ongoing schemes
Generate daily sales orders with an average target of 100 pieces per day
Ensure proper product placement, display, and in-store visibility as per company guidelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to drive repeat business
Follow up on pending orders and coordinate with the internal team for timely dispatch
Support payment follow-ups and collections as required
Requirements
Experience in Field Sales / MBO Sales, preferably in Apparel or FMCG
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Target-oriented and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of Excel and/or mobile sales reporting apps
