Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Salesman to join our women's ethnic wear store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. Prior experience in fashion retail, especially in ethnic wear, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable ethnic wear.

• Provide detailed information about products (fabric, fit, sizes, style, price, etc.).

• Offer styling suggestions and help customers with mix-and-match options.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store and displays.

• Handle billing, cash register operations, and exchange/return processes.

• Track stock levels and report low inventory to the store manager.

• Assist in stock unpacking, tagging, and arrangement on shelves.

• Stay updated with current fashion trends and store promotions.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
