Gamezone Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the game zone.

• Ensure all games and equipment are in working condition.

• Coordinate with technical teams for timely maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Implement safety and cleanliness standards.

• Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise game zone staff.

• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.

• Customer Experience:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Organize special events, promotions, and birthday parties.

• Sales and Revenue:

• Monitor daily revenue and prepare sales reports.

• Drive sales through upselling packages and promotions.

• Manage inventory of game cards, tokens, and merchandise.

• Administrative Duties:

• Maintain proper documentation related to staff, inventory, and finances.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and mall regulations.

• Liaise with mall management and external vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in game zone or entertainment management.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.

• Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical equipment is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Paras Pearls Mall, Agra

• Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays.

• Physically active role involving walking and standing for long periods.
