## The Role
You are the face of Satguru Creations to every walk-in and enquiry. Your job is not just to "sell" — it is to **listen, understand, guide, and convert.** You will turn a customer's idea into a clear set of specifications, hand it to the factory accurately, and stay with that order until it is delivered and the customer is delighted.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys talking to people, has an eye for design, and takes ownership from the first enquiry to the final handover.

## Key Responsibilities
**Understand & Guide the Customer**
- Patiently understand each customer's requirement, taste, budget, and space.
- Guide customers toward the right design, size, material, and finish — acting as a trusted advisor, not just an order-taker.
- Use basic interior and furniture knowledge to suggest layouts, proportions, colours, and combinations that suit the customer's home.
**Convert & Follow Up Leads**
- Convert walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up regularly and persistently with potential leads until they decide — no warm lead left unattended.
- Handle in-person sales with confidence, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
**Bridge to the Factory**
- Translate customer requirements into clear, accurate specifications.
- Prepare detailed **job sheets** for the factory (dimensions, design, material, finish, deadlines).
- Communicate specifications clearly to the production team so the order is made exactly as promised.
**Keep Orders on Track**
- Provide customers with timely **Work-in-Progress (WIP) order updates** so they always know their order status.
- Coordinate between customer and factory to resolve queries, changes, and timelines.
**Use Tools Efficiently**
- Work comfortably on a **PC** (enquiry records, job sheets, order details, follow-ups).
- Use **WhatsApp** professionally to share designs, quotes, updates, and convert leads.

## What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English; more languages a plus).
- A genuine interest in design — **basic interior and furniture knowledge** is essential.
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain technical details simply.
- Comfortable using a computer and WhatsApp for daily sales work.
- Organised, responsible, and able to follow up consistently without being chased.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and presentable — you represent a premium brand.
- Prior experience in furniture, interior, modular kitchen, or premium retail sales is preferred.
