Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive to expand our PVC Edge Band Tape business across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, business development, dealer network expansion, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.
Develop business with furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen manufacturers, OEMs, plywood & laminate dealers, architects, and interior designers.
Promote the company's complete range of PVC Edge Band Tapes and related products.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.
Build long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.
Arrange product presentations and demonstrations.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Travel & Market Coverage
Travel extensively across assigned cities and territories.
Stay outstation whenever required.
Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional events.
Submit tour reports after every business visit.
Payment Collection
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding customer dues.
Maintain healthy customer payment records.
Reporting
Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
Prepare Weekly Tour Plans.
Share Monthly Sales Reports and market updates.
Update customer visit records in CRM/Excel.
Eligibility
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in any of the following industries:
PVC Edge Band Tape
Decorative Laminates
Plywood
MDF/Particle Board
Furniture Hardware
Adhesives
Building Materials
Interior Products
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Mandatory Requirements
Must own a Bike (Compulsory).
Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
Must be willing to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Comfortable with frequent outstation travel and overnight stays.
