Job Summary:

As a Furniture Sales Executive at Home Centre, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, maintaining retail standards, and ensuring well-executed merchandising on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement

• Achieve monthly sales targets aligned with Omni budgets

• Drive sales via upselling, cross-selling, and add-on selling

• Build customer loyalty through strong relationship management

• Use tablets and sales terminals for showcasing and closing deals

• Follow consultative selling and internal lead management practices

Customer Service

• Adhere to the Landmark Customer Service Excellence Module

• Provide personalized solutions by understanding customer needs

• Help the store achieve targeted NPS scores

• Create a welcoming and trustworthy shopping environment

Merchandising

• Ensure all furniture is correctly tagged with pricing and product information

• Display items as per planograms and brand guidelines

• Keep the floor stock in top condition—no damaged or misplaced products

• Share feedback on fast/slow-moving stock and monitor competition
