Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding Customer Needs:

  Actively listen to customers to understand their preferences, needs, and budget. 

• Recommending Solutions:

  Provide guidance on different furniture styles, materials, and sizes, suggesting appropriate options based on customer needs. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Be knowledgeable about the company's furniture inventory, including features, benefits, and warranties. 

• Sales and Closing:

  Present product options, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively. 

• Customer Service:

  Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

• Meeting Sales Targets:

  Work to achieve individual and team sales targets and quotas. 

• Processing Sales:

  Handle all aspects of the sales process, from order entry to payment and delivery. 

• Developing Strategies:

  May contribute to developing and executing effective sales strategies to enhance revenue. 

• Training:

  In some cases, may be responsible for training other staff on sales and customer service techniques.
