Job description:
A Café Team Member/F&B server / steward is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a friendly, clean, and efficient café environment. The role focuses on teamwork, customer satisfaction, and maintaining café standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and taking orders politely and efficiently
Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and food items
Operating cash registers and handling payments accurately
Maintaining cleanliness of the café, dining area, and workstations
Restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels
Following food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Handling customer queries and resolving minor complaints professionally
Supporting teammates during busy periods
Opening and closing duties as assigned
