Food Chain Sales Retail

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly individuals to join our pani puri counters across Bangalore. You will be the face of our brand — serving customers with speed, hygiene, and a smile. What You'll Do

• Serve pani puri and other menu items to customers efficiently and with a consistent standard of quality

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and handle basic queries at the counter

• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at your station at all times

• Keep the counter, serving area, and equipment clean and well-stocked throughout your shift

• Assist in daily opening and closing duties at the counter

• Handle cash and billing accurately if required

• Coordinate with the kitchen/prep team to ensure smooth and timely service

• Report any stock shortages, equipment issues, or customer complaints to the supervisor

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10th Standard pass (SSC or equivalent)

• Prior experience in the food & beverage industry — QSR, hotel, canteen, or street food — is an advantage, though not mandatory

• Good communication skills in Kannada; basic Hindi or English is a plus

• Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a standing, high-footfall environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)

• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,000 per month based on attendance and sales targets

• Meals provided during shifts

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts (details shared at interview)

• 6 days a week with 1 weekly off
