Job Summary:

Bhima Jewellery Noida is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee showroom operations, manage the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for retail and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all showroom staff, including sales executives and greeters.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company policies.

• Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer issues.

• Oversee showroom presentation, including inventory, product displays, and cleanliness.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions, campaigns, and events.

• Track performance metrics and provide reports to management.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to enhance productivity and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of local language is a plus.

• Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in retail or jewellery showroom management is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

• Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or FMCG retail management is an advantage.

• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
