Position: Sales Executive / Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Approach customers at partner retail stores.
Explain EMI finance and personal loan products.
Assist customers in selecting suitable finance options.
Collect and verify customer documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, etc.).
Complete loan application formalities.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick loan approval.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with retail partners and customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC guidelines.

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred)
Customer handling and convincing ability
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
Sales and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experienced candidates can apply
Age: Usually 18–35 years (varies by role)

Salary (India)

Freshers: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month + Incentives
Experienced: ₹22,000–₹35,000+ per month + Incentives
