Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic EBO Sales Staff member with a deep understanding of ethnic wear, product and fabric knowledge, and a strong sales-driven mindset. The ideal candidate should be able to drive store performance through excellent customer service, KPI tracking, and in-depth product expertise.

Required Skills and Experience-

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in ethnic wear or fashion retail.

• Strong knowledge of fabrics and ethnic wear products.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively.

• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
