Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join us. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Jockey products.
Achieve daily, monthly, sales targets.
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
Handle billing and basic store operations.
Maintain good product knowledge and communicate offers to customers.
Ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous retail/sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
