Position: Fashion Consultant
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Fashion Consultant who can assist customers in selecting the right outfits and products, provide styling suggestions, and achieve store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their fashion and product requirements.
Suggest suitable outfits, styles, sizes, and products based on customer preferences.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Explain product features, offers, and promotions to customers.
Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of products.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with stock checking, replenishment, and maintaining store standards.
Support billing/POS and other daily store operations when required.
Eligibility:
Graduate / 12th pass can be considered depending on the company.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Interest in fashion, styling, and retail sales.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
