What You'll Do

✨ Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience for every customer.

✨ Understand customer preferences and recommend products that match their style and needs.

✨ Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.

✨ Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.

✨ Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

✨ Manage stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and store housekeeping.

✨ Process billing and POS transactions efficiently while maintaining operational excellence.

✨ Collaborate with the team to create a positive, energetic, and customer-first shopping environment.

For Store Managers

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the store team.

• Drive store performance and business growth.

• Monitor KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity.

• Oversee daily operations, inventory, customer service, and compliance with SOPs.

• Coach the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
