Job Responsibilities
Attend and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
Explain product features, quality, pricing, and benefits clearly.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide a good shopping experience.
Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Support day-to-day store operations as required.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of jewellery sales experience is mandatory.
Age limit: Up to 28 years.
Diamond jewellery experience will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong product explanation and selling skills.
Excellent customer interaction skills.
Passion for luxury retail and styling.
Customer-focused approach.
Presentable and confident personality.
