The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right eyewear, explain lens options, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers in choosing frames and lenses.Explain lens types, coatings, and offers clearly to customers.Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness.Handle billing and daily sales reports.Coordinate with the optometrist for eye testing appointments.Build strong relationships with repeat customers.Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.Requirements:Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).Experience in optical retail is an advantage.Good communication and convincing skills.Basic computer knowledge (billing software, WhatsApp, etc.).Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
