Executive Assistant to Founder – Noorish Fine Silver Jewellery

Location: Dehradun with travel flexibility

Type: Full-time

Noorish is a fine silver jewellery brand blending heritage craftsmanship with contemporary design. We are seeking a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in managing and growing every aspect of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support to the Founder – manage schedules, reminders, follow-ups, and priorities.

- Oversee operations across inventory, packaging, logistics, vendor management, and exhibitions.

- Coordinate with vendors, clients, collaborators, and internal teams.

- Support marketing and content tasks (social media calendars, shoots, brand communications).

- Draft and manage professional communication on behalf of the Founder.

- Track deliverables, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain structured systems.

Skills & Requirements

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and social media basics.

- Ability to multitask.

- Professional presence, discretion, and reliability.

- Prior experience in fashion, jewellery, luxury, or startup environments is an advantage, but not necessary.
