Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and converting walk-in customers into successful sales. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers visiting the store.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
Recommend suitable smartphones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and other electronic products.
Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
Convert walk-in enquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Cross-sell and upsell accessories, protection plans, and other relevant products/services.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches and offers.
Explain pricing, promotions, exchange offers, warranties, and financing options to customers.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is neat and well organized.
Coordinate with the store and operations team to ensure timely billing and product delivery.
Maintain accurate sales and customer-related records.
Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Contribute towards achieving individual and store-level revenue targets.
