An Ecommerce Executive oversees and manages a company's online sales and marketing strategies, ensuring the smooth operation of their e-commerce platform and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and Implementing E-commerce Strategy:

  This includes creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing online sales channels (website, marketplaces), and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities. 

• Managing Product Listings and Content:

  Ensuring product information, descriptions, and pricing are accurate, up-to-date, and appealing to customers. 

• Monitoring Website Performance:

  Tracking website traffic, sales, conversion rates, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience. 

• Customer Service and Support:

  Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience. 

• Inventory Management:

  Overseeing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring products are available for purchase. 

• Order Processing and Fulfillment:

  Managing order processing, ensuring timely and accurate shipping and delivery. 

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
