Job Description (Short):
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Guest Relationship Executive to join our Funplex Game Zone team at Paras Pearls Mall, Agra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with game zone activities, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm

• Provide information about games, offers, and activities

• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the game zone

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth functioning

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude

• Minimum 12th pass ; prior experience in customer service is a plus

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
