Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Salesman to manage field sales for FMCG products. The role involves visiting retail outlets, building strong relationships with shop owners, and generating orders to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned market areas and retail counters on a daily basis
Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers and distributors
Take orders from shopkeepers and ensure timely submission
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
Maintain records of visits, orders, and payments if required
