We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, and helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. This role involves sales, customer service, and a strong understanding of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.

• Assess clients' insurance needs and offer appropriate products (life, health, property, auto, etc.).

• Present and explain insurance policy options, terms, and benefits clearly.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.

• Process applications, handle policy renewals, and support clients throughout the policy life cycle.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

• Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, industry regulations, and market trends.
