Job Description

The sales person is responsible for:

handling customers professionally
increasing sales
managing orders
maintaining product display
creating a positive customer experience

This role directly affects repeat customers and daily revenue.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Handling

Greet customers politely
Help customers choose products
Explain cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery items
Recommend additional products (upselling)
Handle customer complaints calmly

Sales & Billing

Manage billing and cash counter
Handle UPI/cash/card payments
Generate invoices properly
Maintain daily sales records

Online & Phone Orders

Handle WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries
Take cake/custom order details correctly
Confirm delivery/pickup timings
Coordinate with kitchen team for order execution

Product Display & Store Maintenance

Arrange products neatly in display
Refill shelves and counters
Check freshness of products
Maintain cleanliness of counter and customer area
