1.Greet and direct customers

2.Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

3.Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

4.Cross-sell products

5.Ensure racks are fully stocked

6.Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
