Job Description

Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Baklava Store (Mumbai International Airport)

Location: Mumbai International Airport
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Education: Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the store counter in a friendly and professional manner
Promote and sell baklava and related products to maximize sales
Engage with walk-in customers and attract new customers
Maintain excellent product knowledge to explain varieties and ingredients
Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately
Ensure cleanliness and proper display of products at the counter
Provide high-quality customer service to international and domestic travelers

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail (preferably food industry)
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in 3 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
Valid Passport or Aadhar Card is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

Experience in airport retail or premium food outlets
Sales-driven mindset with customer handling skills
Presentable personality and positive attitude
