Greet Customers

Take Orders
Receive dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
Enter orders accurately into the billing system.
Handle Billing & Payments
Generate bills.
Accept cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.
Maintain accurate cash records.
Coordinate with Kitchen
Communicate customer orders to the kitchen staff.
Ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
Serve and Pack Orders
Hand over food to customers.
Ensure takeaway and delivery orders are packed properly.
Customer Service
Answer customer queries.
Resolve basic complaints professionally.
Maintain Cleanliness
Keep the counter area clean and organized.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
