Job Description

Job Title: Counter Sales Executive

Location: Rampur Jagir, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 – 3 Years
Gender: Male only

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend walk-in customers at the sales counter

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

  • Handle billing, cash/card payments, and POS operations

  • Maintain proper display and cleanliness of counter area

  • Assist in stock checking and basic inventory coordination

  • Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints politely

  • Coordinate with store staff for smooth daily operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in counter sales or retail sales

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred)

  • Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge

  • Strong customer-handling and sales skills

  • Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
