Job Description

Duties

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Sell movie tickets through the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Explain show timings, seat availability, ticket prices, and ongoing offers.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments accurately.
Issue bills and maintain proper cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
Upsell food combos, beverages, popcorn, and promotional offers to increase sales.
Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining hygiene standards.
Ensure the counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, or special requests.
Follow company SOPs for customer service, food safety, and cash handling.
