Counter Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers at the counter and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.

• Check goods before dispatch to ensure correct quantity and quality.

• Prepare and process bills, invoices, and dispatch documents accurately.

• Ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers.

• Maintain and update inventory records regularly.

• Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or discrepancies.

• Follow store policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or counter sales preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash/transactions accurately.

• Organized, responsible, and punctual.
