Job Description

To support daily store operations by handling customers, products, and cleanliness while maintaining Patanwala Dairy’s standards of freshness, honesty, and discipline. This role is the backbone of the outlet—old-school hard work, modern execution.Key Responsibilities1. Customer HandlingAttend customers politely and respectfully.Serve milk, dairy products, and sweets accurately as per order.Inform the manager immediately in case of customer complaints or issues.2. Product & Store WorkProper handling of milk, ghee, butter, paneer, lassi, shrikhand, etc.Maintain cleanliness of counter, freezer, and storage area.Follow FIFO and ensure no expired or damaged product is sold.3. Billing & Cash SupportAssist in billing and packing of products.Handle cash/QR payments carefully (if assigned).Report any shortage or mismatch immediately—no hiding, no jugaad.4. Stock & Dispatch SupportHelp in unloading, checking, and arranging stock.Support delivery work when required.Follow instructions for packing, box handling, and dispatch.5. Discipline & ComplianceReport on time and follow duty schedule.Wear clean uniform and maintain personal hygiene.Follow instructions given by the manager and seniors strictly.EligibilityMinimum education: 8th / 10th passExperience: Freshers welcome | Dairy or retail experience is a plusLanguage: Hindi / Local language (basic understanding required)Required QualitiesHonest, hardworking, and responsiblePhysically fit for standing and lifting workWilling to learn and grow with the companyWhat We OfferStable job in a trusted dairy brandOn-job trainingGrowth opportunities for disciplined staff
