Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain product features, designs, sizes, colours, and pricing.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable fashion products.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is neat and organised.

• Manage billing and payments, if required.

• Maintain product stock and coordinate with the store team.

• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• 1–3 years of experience in counter sales, fashion retail, or showroom sales.

• Good personality and professional appearance.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
