Role Summary:
The Counter Sales Executive will assist customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts while ensuring excellent service and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their needs.
Recommend products, upsell, and promote special offers.
Process orders, invoices, and handle payments accurately.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure product displays.
Resolve customer queries and build strong relationships.
Prepare daily sales reports and follow company policies.
Requirements:
High school diploma (additional sales/automotive certifications are a plus).
1–2 years in counter sales, preferably in automotive.
Strong communication, product knowledge, and computer skills.
