Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, take orders, and provide recommendations on flavors or seasonal specials. [1]
Food Preparation: Prepare and serve ice creams, milkshakes, sundaes, and other desserts according to company standards and food safety guidelines. [1]
Billing & Payments: Handle cash transactions, POS (Point of Sale) billing machines, and digital UPI payments accurately. [1]
Store Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness at the counter, dining areas, and equipment while following outlet standard operating procedures (SOPs). [1]
Inventory & Stock: Manage basic stock replenishment, track inventory levels, and coordinate with the store manager for resupply. [1]
Operations: Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleaning.
